The story of the song

RareVinyl.com, part of the same family as eil.com and 991.com, has been buying and selling rare and collectable records since 1985. Both eil.com and 991.com sit on the "Sites We Love" list on the SuperSize Art website.

This poster shows the RareVinyl.com logo: the name on a white sleeve, with a black record sliding out, ready to play. It comes in two versions: the logo on its own, or with "Buying & Selling Since 1985" underneath.

About the artist: Morgan Howell FRSA

Morgan Howell is a British artist who lives and works in St Albans, Hertfordshire. He is best known for his giant (SuperSize) 3D copies of classic 7" singles. Each one is hand-painted and keeps every crease, tear and imperfection of the owner's original 45, with the spindle in the centre as if the record is ready to play.

His work has been commissioned by Neil Diamond, Jude Law, Edgar Wright, Lord Lloyd-Webber, Johnny Marr, Ian Brown and Hans Zimmer. He has shown at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and has permanent exhibits at BBC Radio 2, the Barbican Centre and the National Portrait Gallery in London.
