also featuring Dyck Koster [Cello], Fred Nyenhuis
[Contrabass], Lodewyk De Boer [Viola] and Antoinette Van
Den Hombergh, Marie Leonhardt & Sigiswald Kuijken [Violins],
front laminated picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a little
