Well known and a personal friend ofmany of the stars\r\n  that she collected autographs from, she had unprecedented access to\r\n  backstage areas and VIP Events that enabled her to amass a vast\r\n  collection of autographs with consequent impeccable provenance.\r\n  These particular autographs were obtained on 27th October 2007 and\r\n  are nice unhurried examples with each autograph on a separate page,\r\n  featuring the signatures of Huw Burford \u0026amp; Gruff Rhys signing as\r\n  'Owain Glyn' likely a nod to the American Interior album themed on\r\n  18th Century Explorer \u0026amp; relative John Evans' plight to crack the myths\r\n  surrounding Welsh prince Madog ab Owain Gwynedd, or something\r\n  along those line!) \u003cbr\u003eSee 'More Info' ...\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 14px; font-stretch: 100%; color: #999; font-weight: 700;\"\u003eTRACKLISTING AND EXTRA INFORMATION\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nSignatures were obtained by Yuki Smythe-Park. For many years Yuki's husband Colin, was Eric Clapton's assistant tour manager, working on many of his 1980s concerts \u0026amp; tours. On August 26th 1990, Clapton played the Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Wisconsin, alongside Stevie Ray Vaughan \u0026amp; Double Trouble, Robert Cray and Buddy Guy. Following the show Colin Smythe, along with Clapton's agent Bobby Brooks, his bodyguard Nigel Browne and Stevie Ray Vaughan boarded a helicopter bound for Chicago. Tragically, the helicopter crashed shortly after take-off, killing all on board. Yuki was friends with many artists from that era and continued to attend gigs and fill her numerous autograph books.
