JOHN LEE HOOKER Burning Hell (2024 US 12-track LP pressed on 180gram VINYL. When Riverside Records recorded this session in April 1959, producer Bill Grauer asked the Mississippi moaner to play acoustic guitar, as he had years earlier.The result, on which Hooker put his distinct stamp on tunes associated with Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Lightnin' Hopkins & Big Bill Broonzy, is a country blues classic! Originally released in 1964 and reissued as part of the Bluesville Acoustic Sounds Series. Pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows minimal shelfwear and the vinyl is in Near Mint condition)
